108 service call centre employees' not offered jobs‎

"Ziqitza has outsourced the procedure to two other compa-nies, Global INNOV and IKYA, who are hiring the field staff on a contracts. The original operator does not bear any responsibility towards us," said Virendra Singh, leader of the employees’ union. 

"The government had assured us that all the employees including the call centre staff will be provided job with the new operator. Ziqitza had violated the contract" he added . 

Ziqitza has already hired some of the additional staff for the next batch of 150 ambulances, and has reportedly increased the capacity of the Mumbai-based call centre to attend calls from Rajasthan. The company will start running the services by the end of this month.
