Referring to a colleague at Tui Travel, Emma Short wrote on her Facebook profile page that she had ‘never been so angry’ and wanted to ‘smack the brown-nosing cow in the face'.

Short, a contact centre agent at the travel firm, had asked bosses to give her a second chance, claiming the firm had failed to properly deal with the bullying she was actually facing.

Short, of Coventry, received a letter from Tui last week saying that the decision to dismiss her was final.
