More than 300 staff at the Telecom Service Centres (TSC) in Falkirk were informed that a new contract with broadcaster Sky had saved their jobs.
The TSC employees have had an uncertain future since phone giant T-Mobile announced in April it is movADVERTISEMENTing the work done by them to another company in the Philippines.
Since then management at TSC, Scotland's largest call-centre company, said they have been working to win new business.
Chief executive David Turner said: "I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was to pass on this news to staff today.
"This contract with Sky not only takes their employment worries away, it brings a new, dynamic customer onto the TSC client list.
"Providing a quality service to an industry leader of the size and prestige of Sky is an exciting challenge but one I know we will deliver."
Dave Rumble, Sky's sales director said: "We're really pleased to be working with TSC and look forward to developing a strong relationship.
"This new contract has been awarded in response to strong customer demand for all our products and will support our drive to make high-definition TV accessible to even more households across the UK and Ireland."
TSC was formed in 1994 and grew to be one of the largest suppliers of outsourced call-centre services in the UK.
