Call centres and how to get the best out of them

Call Centre Update News >>

Here are some helpful tips to get the most of your call centre experience.

Remember that you may be stressed with the problem you are dealing with but the person on the other could well be too.  A recent survey carried out last year said that 87% of call centre staff suffer from stress related work issues.
Try not to call when you are angry.  Wait till you have calmed down and keep on till you get satisfaction.  Go to the supervisor and keep going up the chain of command till your situation is sorted.
Try to keep notes of the call and the person you have spoken to to refer back to later.  The better informed you are the quicker the situation will get sorted.
