'Fortis picks Siemon Z-Max for Stoke call centre expansion'

Significant growth across the Fortis business, as a result of insurance partnership deals, lead to the company increasing its workforce and investing in redesigning its Stoke-based call centre, which will now accommodate around 550 advisors. The new cabling has enabled the business to deploy voice-over IP technology within its call centre, as well as allowing the deployment of more bandwidth intensive applications, without the need for further upgrades and business disruption. Siemon certified installer NeTcare undertook this infrastructure installation for FIS.
