Good news for call centre job seekers in Cardiff

Serco are creating the jobs through expansion in its subsidiary the Listening Company, which will be based at Hodge House in the centre of Cardiff.

Lloyds Banking group said it was closing its online banking call centre last week although they hope to offer jobs to 650 of those staff in call centres in Cardiff, Newport and Swansea.
