Retail giant John Lewis has said it will close its 25 call centres and replace them with two sites next year, one of which will be in Glasgow.
About 500 staff will work in the two new centres, the firm said.
About 700 people work in the current call centre branch network and John Lewis insisted it will redeploy as many of these staff as possible. << Archive
