Sponsor for European Call Centre Awards announced

"Sabio's continuing support is part of our ongoing commitment to rewarding innovation and best practice performance within the contact centre industry," said head of marketing Leigh Hopwood.

Now in its 14th year, the awards programme is unique in that a panel of judges visit each shortlisted centre for a detailed meeting with the finalists.

Now an established annual event for rewarding excellence in an industry that is all too used to poor publicity, the awards range from individual categories such as Manager of the Year through to team awards such as Best Improvement Programme.

"We're delighted to be associated with the CCF European Call Centre Awards," continued Hopwood, "and look forward to acknowledging the organisations that are setting the standard in operational excellence and exceeding customers' expectations."

The deadline for awards submissions is 7th June and further information can be found on the call centre awards website. The ceremony will take place on the first night of Call Centre Expo in Birmingham on 22nd September
