    Tesco creates 800 jobs

    Sited in central Glasgow, the new centre will open early next year, providing a welcome jobs boost for the area.

    The opening forms part of Tesco's plans to offer a full banking service, increasing their product offering to include current accounts and mortgages.

    Andrew Higginson, chief executive of Tesco Retailing Services said: "Offering first-class customer service is central to our Tesco values and the new centre will most certainly help us put the Tesco into Tesco Personal Finance."
